What we do, and what we do not do
We provide general information and a referral service. We are not registered liquidators, registered tax agents, financial advisers or lawyers. Nothing on this site or said on a call is legal, financial, tax or insolvency advice, and nothing here is an offer of credit.
Formal insolvency appointments are carried out only by appropriately registered practitioners. Credit is arranged only through licensed credit providers. Where we refer you, the professional you engage is responsible for the advice and services they provide, and you contract with them directly.

Deadlines, thresholds and eligibility rules described here can change and can apply differently to your circumstances. Referrals and how we are paid
