Who we are
180 Turnaround is operated by OG Sales Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 35 672 693 248). We provide general information and referral services for company directors facing debt, ATO arrears, director penalty notices, statutory demands and wind-up applications. We are not registered liquidators, registered tax agents, financial advisers or lawyers, and nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or insolvency advice, or an offer of credit.
This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you contact us or use our website at 180turnaround.com.au. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, request a call back, or speak with us by phone, we collect:
- Your name and contact details (mobile, email)
- Information about your situation (for example ATO debt, director penalty notice, wind-up application)
- An approximate debt range
- Your main concern, business structure, trading status, existing advisers and whether a formal deadline is involved
- Any additional notes you choose to share
- A record of your consent to be contacted, including when it was given
- Communications you have with us by phone, SMS or email
Our website also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and uses analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to contact us.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a confidential call back
- To assess your situation and refer you to an appropriate licensed professional
- To provide general information about your options
- To keep a record of our communications in case you engage us for further work
If you separately opt in, we may send the short 180 business improvement email series, including information about Sovryn Consulting. This is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your consent, and how to withdraw it
We contact you by phone, SMS and email only where you have asked us to. Every SMS and email we send carries a way to opt out, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or telling us by phone. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we have already done at your request.
When we share it
We only share your information with a third party when:
- You ask us to refer you to a specific licensed professional (liquidator, restructuring practitioner, lawyer or lender)
- We are required or authorised by law to disclose it
- You give us express consent to share it
Where we refer you, we tell you who we are referring you to and whether we receive any fee or commission for that referral before it happens.
Pivot digital assistant
If you choose digital chat and agree to recording, we record the circumstances you share in chat, your messages, Pivot's replies and your contact details in GoHighLevel. Authorised 180 staff can review these records for enquiry handling and service improvement. Our AI processing and hosting providers may process information outside Australia. Do not provide account numbers, tax file numbers, passwords or financial documents in chat.
Chat and callback records are kept under the enquiry retention policy below. Clearing the guide removes its on-screen state; it does not delete records already received. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Chat recording permission does not enrol you in marketing.
How we store it
Your information is held in our customer relationship system and accessed only by authorised personnel. Some of our service providers store data outside Australia; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection. We retain records of your enquiry and any subsequent engagement for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond to access and correction requests within 30 days.
